The short version: NetFuel keeps your data on your device. We don't sell your data, we don't track you, and we don't show ads.
NetFuel reads the following data from Apple Health:
If you connect your Oura Ring, we also access your Oura data including total daily energy expenditure, sleep metrics, and readiness scores via the Oura API.
All health data stays on your iPhone. We don't upload your health metrics to any server.
If you choose to sign in with Apple (optional), we store a minimal account profile to enable:
This data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own data.
When you use the AI Coach feature, your messages and relevant health context are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We use this data only to provide coaching and improve the service. Your conversation history is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.
The Coach may extract and remember key facts you share (like your goals or preferences) to provide better guidance over time. You can view and delete these memories in Settings.
When you connect your Oura Ring:
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes:
Health data in Apple Health is not affected, as we only read from it — we never write or delete Health data.
